WEST CREEK VILLAGE PROJECT

West Creek Village Community Development

The West Creek Village Project, developed by 2500 MLK LLC & managed by Blue Ocean Development America LLC, is a 120 acre transformative socio-economic multi-phase mixed-use project.

The West Creek Village Project immediate future phases will consist of 136 single-family quality homes, 301 units of multi-family mixed-income housing, a world class 11.75-acre community park, 323,000 square feet of medical, business and retail, and Fresno City College’s state-of-the-art $87 million dollar 40-acre West Fresno campus.

West Creek Village Connective Impact Community Center

The West Creek Village Connective Impact Community Center (WCVCICC) is the center hub that connects all businesses, facilities, programs, and services within the West Creek Village Development Area, along with all Southwest Fresno.

West Creek Village Iconic Museum

The West Creek Village Iconic Museum is home to the community art gallery, art exhibits, art school and cultural arts within the community park and throughout the Southwest Fresno community.
